Instructions for Installing Adobe® Acrobat Reader® 5 Software

Users operating from the Microsoft® Windows® platforms may install Adobe® Acrobat Reader® directly from this CD-ROM. Other users may download Acrobat Reader from the Adobe Web site.

The following section outlines the basic system requirements to install and operate Adobe Acrobat Reader. As with most Windows software, performance will improve with more memory and faster systems.

Adobe® Acrobat Reader® Installation Instructions

• Use either the File Manager® or Windows Explorer® to navigate to the htm\pdf directory on the CD-ROM.
  
• Double-click on the file ar505enu.exe.
  
• Follow the Acrobat Reader installation instructions displayed on your monitor.
