Editing an existing classification scheme
modify classification scheme dialog box

Select "Modify Scheme" in the "Change Classification" dialog box. After selecting the method of assigning the Unique ID (and in this case, using Manual is recommended), the "Modify Classification Scheme" dialog will appear. Follow the same instructions in "Creating a new scheme" to edit this scheme using this dialog.
